Return & Refunds policy

Thank you for shopping with Kaitech.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are so sorry and here to assist. You have 15 business days from the day purchased to return your item in its packaging maintaining the condition you received it, free of damages.

Upon receiving your item, it will be inspected and you will be notified that your returned item was received. You will be promptly advised if your returned item is/isn’t eligible for a refund.

If your returned item is deemed eligible for a refund, your purchase will be refunded to your original form of payment.
